Purpose and limits

Redbud Heating & Air LLC is demonstrating service-business systems. Service descriptions, sample scenarios and the home image are illustrative. This demonstration does not provide real HVAC repairs, emergency dispatch, paid consultations or a promise of technician availability.

Requests and appointments

The home-page quick preview does not submit a request. The connected inquiry form saves a demonstration inquiry; it does not book an appointment. A confirmed appointment on the Redbud Demonstration Appointments calendar reserves a sample slot only. The presenter may cancel sample appointments between demonstrations while preserving their history.

Information and example costs

Service explanations and example cost ranges are for demonstration and planning. They are not a diagnosis, quote, financing approval, warranty or offer to perform work. No payment or purchase is required for the demonstration.

Communications

Riley is an automated receptionist. Optional call, text and email demonstrations are coordinated with participants. A request to receive one website link does not subscribe someone to marketing. The separate messaging terms explain text-message choices.

Use of the demo

Use contact information you control and fictional service addresses or equipment scenarios. Do not submit information you do not have permission to provide. Do not use the demo to seek emergency assistance.
