This notice describes the Redbud demonstration website, connected inquiry form, sample calendar and automated receptionist. Redbud is not currently performing HVAC repairs.

What is saved

The quick request preview on the home page uses fictional details and sends or stores nothing. The separate connected form saves the name, email, optional phone, service selection and sample details you submit in Redbud’s HighLevel/LeadConnector customer system. It also requests an email copy. The sample calendar saves appointment details and the contact information entered. A saved inquiry is not a booking, and a demo booking does not arrange real work.

Calls to Riley use an automated receptionist. Call records, transcripts and any available recordings may be retained by Redbud’s communications provider. Use sample service concerns and fictional property details. Do not submit payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.

How the information is used

Information is used to run the requested demonstration, retain its results, respond to your inquiry and improve the experience. Providing a phone number or booking a sample appointment does not by itself authorize marketing or unrelated calls and texts.

Service providers and technical information

Cloudflare hosts the website. Connected forms, calendars and communications use HighLevel/LeadConnector and their supporting delivery providers. These services may process technical and activity information, including visits and form submissions. The standalone quick preview does not add analytics or browser storage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although connected features may then behave differently.

Messaging privacy

Mobile information and messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information to operate the requested communications. Marketing requires a separate choice; declining it does not prevent a demo inquiry.

Your choices and retained history

You may ask about information held about you, request a correction or request deletion using the contact details below. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact us for help. A presenter’s demo reset cancels eligible sample appointments and stops eligible pending workflows; it does not erase contact history or consent and opt-out records. Those records remain until handled separately.
