QUICK ANSWERS
Before you reach out.
The details that make the next step easier.
What are your company hours?
The approved demo company hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central. The sample appointment calendar follows those hours. After-hours scenarios do not promise a staffed response or emergency service.
Do you offer mini-split services?
Yes, the sample menu includes ductless mini-split installation, repair and maintenance. You can explore a request for a room addition, a space without ducts, or an existing system.
Can I book a real service visit?
No. Redbud currently demonstrates HVAC business systems. The quick request preview sends nothing. The connected demo form saves an inquiry, but does not book an appointment or arrange real work. Any coordinated sample appointment is a demonstration only.
How much will a repair or replacement cost?
An actual quote needs the equipment details and an assessment. Redbud does not quote or charge for real work. You can explore the existing example cost guide; its sample ranges are not an offer.
What happens after a service visit?
The guided demo can explain a satisfaction check-in, how a concern is routed for attention, and optional maintenance reminders. Live call, text and email follow-up tests are coordinated separately.
When should I replace my filter?
Use your equipment and filter manufacturer’s instructions. Filter type, usage and conditions affect the schedule. Checking a filter and replacing it are different tasks; one replacement interval does not fit every system.
